Bianca Del Rio is one of the most successful drag queens on the planet, and she’s been on a roll lately. She’s released her own makeup remover, starred in a West End musical, made two Hurricane Bianca movies, and landed a Starbucks ad.
She’s also a talented comic, with crisp punchlines and sharp timing. But that wry wit doesn’t always counteract her material’s uglier edges.
How It Works
If you’ve ever been on Twitter or Instagram recently, chances are that you’ve seen a picture of Drag Race winner Bianca Del Rio’s feet. The Honduran-born, brash entertainer’s foot image has become an internet meme, spawning coffee mugs, bumper stickers and T-shirts.
Since her victory on the show, Del Rio has starred in two movies (Hurricane Bianca and its sequel), made a comedy special for Logo TV, landed a Starbucks ad, written a book and released her own coconut-oil-based makeup remover. She’s also currently starring in Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, a musical that was originally staged in London and is coming to America in 2022.
Her most recent tour is the Rolodex of Hate, and she’s on tour again for her Unsanitized show, which stops in Pittsburgh this week. She’s never been more busy, and we caught up with her while she was on the road to find out how she manages to keep up.
Preparation
If you’re planning on having surgery, there are some steps you can take to make sure you’re prepared for the procedure and recover as quickly as possible. You’ll need to prepare your home, arrange for transportation to and from the hospital, make arrangements for child care, and consider the risks of the surgery.
A few things to remember:
Medications such as coumadin, heparin, aspirin, plavix, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) affect your blood clotting capabilities, so you’ll need to stop taking them before the surgery.
The most important thing you can do to prepare for your Bianca Del Rio Foot Surgery is to make sure you have the proper medical insurance coverage and a good doctor who can provide you with a top-notch treatment plan. Your doctor will discuss this with you and offer suggestions to help you maximize your insurance coverage and recovery.
A few simple steps can make all the difference in your recovery. Following these guidelines will help you avoid complications, recover faster and get back to your life as soon as possible.

Her next big project is Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, a new musical she’s playing in both the U.K. and U.S. The show, based on a documentary about a teenage boy who dreams of being a drag queen, will be performed in London’s West End.
