  1. BZY REQUEST: (BSA CAL. # 103-08- BZY) 208 GRAND STREET, BROOKLYN, NY 11211 (BLOCK 2393; LOT 24) – application for a variance in order to extend the time of construction for a period of six months and/or obtain a certificate of occupancy (Application Representative: Law Offices of Frederick A. Becker).

  2. STREET RENAMING REQUEST: Proposal to rename the south-west corner of Manhattan Avenue and Greenpoint Avenue to be co-named “Charno’s Way” in honor of the Charno Family – Joseph, Edmond and Larry - who owned and operated Harrico Pharmacy at that corner for many years. -  by Ms. Randi Levine.

  1. DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS: SIDEWALK CAFÉ PERMIT APPLICATIONS: The following has submitted an application:
    • New Williamsburg Café Inc., 168-170 Wythe Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11211, license # 1290123. A new application for an unenclosed sidewalk café with 12 tables and 48 seats.
  1. PRESENTATION: Renovation Plans for 143-149 Kent Street (St. Elias Church) – by Alfred V. Saulo, Architect.
